The GeoHive project was delivered by a combined OSi and Esri Ireland team. The OSi team was led by Lorraine McNerney (General Manager for Geospatial Systems), with the project delivery itself managed by Éamonn Clinton (Geospatial Services Manager). Stakeholder requirements were managed by Hugh Mangan (General Manager Business and Marketing). The Esri Ireland team consisted of Michael Byrne as account executive, Marie Hogan as customer success manager, Eamonn Doyle as Chief Technology Officer, and Andrew Cullen as solution architect.
“Working with Esri Ireland, Ordnance Survey Ireland (OSi) launched their new online mapping service GeoHive to help unlock Ireland’s vast reserves of geospatial data by making trusted, location based information easy to find, interpret and share, from one place, using any device, for the first time. GeoHive is a free web app that supports the recovery of the Irish economy and paves the way for public and private sector organisations to save millions of Euros through sharing authoritative data off a centralised infrastructure.” – ESRI
