Land Registry
Customers can purchase a site centered map of their property for Land Registration purposes.
The Property Registration Authority (formerly Land Registry) accepts Ordnance Survey Ireland Land Registry maps in cases where such maps are the current largest scale published unless the property is entirely bounded by current OS detail.
The Property Registration Authority is implementing a digital mapping project where all mapping will be stored in digital format. To date they have completed a number of counties.
For up to date information see - http://www.landregistry.ie/eng/Digital_Mapping_Project/Progress_Map_for_Roll-out_of_Digital_Mapping.shortcut.html

How can I buy a Land Registry map?
Where a county has been transferred to the digital environment, land registration maps must be submitted using Irish Transverse Mercator (ITM) coordinates.
These maps can be purchased using shop.osi.ie
website.
The standard map for Land Registry purposes using Irish Grid co-ordinates can be purchased directly from Ordnance Survey - contact our Map Sales offices.
Or from any of our Agents
