Environmental Reporting

Environmental reports are created by scanning a database of features that fall within a specified buffer-zone of a chosen centre-point, and compiling this data in a report. Data has been supplied by:

• Ordnance Survey Ireland: Historical Information: Will indicate the presence of Historic flood planes, mine sites, resevoirs etc.
• Geological Survey of Ireland: Will indicate landslide locations, vulnerability, ground-water well locations etc.
• EPA Environmental Protection Agency: Contains data on soils and sub-soils, water quality and registered waste Licence sites.

An analysis of the data contained in an OSi Environmental Reports will answer some of the questions that can arise in relation to property, it provides the information through one source and helps to simplify some of the research required in property acquisition. Moreover much of this information can be considered important from a historical and environmental perspective
